Johnny Depp’s sketch that he showed to his lawyer during his defamation trial against Amber Heard has gone viral.

The actor was caught on camera on April 26 ‘doodling’ on a piece of paper while sitting in the court.

Over in the comments, users shared their amusement at the star, one said: “Who needs a court sketch artist when you have Johnny?”

A second added: “His little smile and the lawyer putting on his glasses! You just know he said, ‘Good job Buddy.”

Pitching in, a third joked: “You know when the lawyer tapped the picture he was saying, ‘I’m going to keep that’. Love Johnny.”

The 58-year-old also drew laughs in the courtroom when talking about his alcohol consumption when being questioned by his ex-wife’s lawyer, Benjamin Rottenborn.

It began when Depp said: “I’d fallen off the wagon when I was doing Lone Ranger, every day I’d come home there would be a glass of whiskey waiting for me.”
He was then asked: “You’d drink whiskey in the mornings?” to which he replied: “Isn’t happy hour any time?”

Moment Johnny Depp Appears To ‘Laugh’ At Amber Heard’s Lawyer In Court

It comes as Depp wrapped his testimony in the case by claiming he was ‘a victim of domestic abuse‘.

In the actor’s closing statements on the stand, his attorney, Camille Vasquez, asked him a final question: “What did you say in response when Ms Heard said, ‘Tell the world Johnny, tell them I Johnny Depp, a man, am a victim too of domestic violence?’”

He responded: “I said yes, I am.”

Depp is suing Heard for $50million in damages over a 2018 op-ed in The Washington Post that his team claimed implied he had physically attacked her during their marriage, despite the fact he isn’t named in the piece.

The Aquaman star is also countersuing Depp.
