Kathy Griffin has dubbed Johnny Depp a ‘bloated boozebag’ amid the Amber Heard verdict.
The actress and comedian weighed in on the defamation trial when appearing on Brian Karem’s Just Ask the Question podcast.
Griffin reportedly stated: “I love these Johnny Depp stans that are talking about this trial and yet they refuse to show a picture of what he looks like now, which is a big, orange, fat, bloated boozebag.

“He looks like Donald Trump with a ponytail.
“They keep sticking up for him being like, ‘Amber is taking down Johnny, he’s so gorgeous and dreamy!’ and I’m like ‘Okay, he talks like Kanye [West] when Kanye had his jaw wired,’ he has a fake accent like when Madonna turned British.”
Admitting that she was a close friend to Heard, Griffin continued: “I am friends with Amber Heard, I completely believe her. I don’t even know what the question is.”
She then claimed that rumours about Depp being an ‘abuser’ had been ‘going around Hollywood’ before the actor had even dated Heard.
Griffin alleged: “It’s actually really disturbing to me as a woman and a lifelong feminist – there’ve been stories going around Hollywood about him being an abuser since Kate Moss, which is the first time I heard of it, and then with Winona Ryder.
“Of course, I cannot speak for these women, but I have to wonder if they just change their tune because they don’t want to get Amber Heard’d.”

Griffin isn’t the only star to blast the Depp results, as Countdown star Rachel Riley also has shared her thoughts on the verdict.
She tweeted: “‘We need to accept the verdict, etc etc’.
“Said by those who didn’t accept the one already determined by an experienced British judge, which is where most of us got the info to form an opinion in the first place.
“Male/female has nothing to do with it.
“Horrible state of affairs.”
