Lana Rhoades says that adult movies are ‘100% fake’ and stars are treated like circus acts.
Rhoades, 26, is a former adult film star and was once one of the most recognisable names in the business.
She’s now a digital influencer who posts content to YouTube and OFs.
After stepping away from the industry, Rhoades has now spoken out about how its stars are treated.

When on The Skinny Confidential podcast, Rhoades was asked by host Lauryn Evarts Bosstick how real it is, to which the 26-year-old claimed: “100 per cent fake.”
She continued: “It’s like circus acts as a performer, when I was doing it, it was like what face can I make? What sound could I make? What can I do in this movie to make it the best one?”

Rhoades then explained that she doesn’t even enjoy s** and even considers herself asexual.
She added: “I don’t even like having s**, honestly I’m pretty much asexual.
“I never hook up with people, I don’t find people attractive and I’ve always been like that. It’s not like there was a change after doing p***.”

Despite being regarded as a household name in the industry, the podcast points out that Rhoades only made adult movies for about eight months.
She made her first movie when she was 19 and only got involved as she wanted to make a ‘better life for herself’ and ‘hadn’t thought about the ramifications’.
She made her debut in 2016 but stopped making movies in 2017.
Rhoades continued: “I wasn’t mature enough to realise what actually went into it and very, very quickly I realised this isn’t for me.”
The former adult star even went as far as saying the industry should be ‘illegal’.

Clips of her podcast have surfaced on TikTok, with many people in the comments sympathising with Rhoades.
One person commented: “I feel so sad she sounds traumatised.”
“19, poor kid. that’s so young, still a teenager. I’m shocked at how the interviewers handled it. She is so intelligent and well-spoken,” added someone else.
A third person shared: “Lana seems like such a bright and kind soul. I hope she’s doing well.”
“This is actually really sad. I love her honesty,” expressed another user.

A fifth person on TikTok commented: “Damn this really changed my perspective on her, poor girl she sounds so sweet.”
Since leaving the industry, Rhoades started a new career for herself, including co-hosting a podcast called 3 Girls 1 Kitchen.
She’s also recently had a baby boy called Milo, however, she has not revealed the identity of his father.
