A Disney On Ice performer has been left in critical condition after a horrifying fall during a show.
Anastasia Olson, 31, was performing as Disney’s Princess Belle at Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Target Center, as part of the city’s Magic in the Stars show when tragedy struck.
She reportedly fell during a lift with her dance partner.

Olson has previously described Magic in the Stars to local Michigan outlet Novi Note as a ‘really wonderful kind of show that reaches out to everybody, not just kids and families’.
She added: “I feel that there is something for everyone to see. It really is a wonderful show.”
In May of last year, Olson shared photos on Instagram celebrating her stint as Belle and her five years in the company.
She captioned the images: “After such an emotional weekend, I thought to myself how lucky I am to have called D20 my home for 5 years.
“The memories and relationships I made here are unforgettable and irreplaceable. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve loved. And in the end, it was all so worth it.”
Disney On Ice fans have taken to social media to share their well-wishes for the dancer.
“We were at the show and can’t stop thinking about you. Praying you are going to be OK, our girls have made get well cards that we hope to someday be able to send you,” writes one.
Another adds: “Praying for you so hard. We were at the show and my heart has been in a pit ever since. We’ve been thinking about constantly and always checking for updates on you. Sending you all the good vibes, love, and prayers.”

Olson is currently in serious condition, a spokesperson for Hennepin Medical Center tells The Independent.
The extent of the injuries the performer obtained is currently unknown.
“The skater who portrayed Belle was injured while performing a lift during a pair skating part of the routine and fell. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment,” a spokesperson for Feld Entertainment, the parent company of Disney on Ice, said in a statement to People.
“Disney On Ice appreciates the well wishes from our fans as our team member recovers,” Feld’s statement notes.
Disney on Ice has also released a statement, saying it ‘appreciates the well wishes from our fans as our team member recovers’.
While audience member, Beka, who took her children to the morning show, tells local news outlet Kare 11: “They were doing a lift, it appeared shaky and she fell.
“I am beyond grateful and thankful for the remaining staff and the performers who kept going because that preserves the magic for the kids. I know that has to have been very difficult.”
Beka also explains that the incident happened about 40 minutes into the show.
Other members of the audience took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to live tweet the tragic event.
Disney On Ice has confirmed that the show will continue without interruption.
