Ozzy Osbourne has issued an upsetting announcement to his fans.
Osbourne, 74, was the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath and over the years, he’s become one of rock’s most adored frontrunners.
He’s best known for tracks such as ‘Paranoid’, ‘War Pigs’ and ‘Iron Man’.
In recent years, Osbourne’s health has sadly deteriorated and he’s been forced to undergo a series of corrective operations.
The ‘Crazy Train’ singer has now issued an announcement, which he says ‘is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans’.
In the tearjerking statement, Osbourne explains that he will no longer be able to tour due to his physical state.
He says: “My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine.
“However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.”
Supporters of the rock music legend have been quick to show their support in the comment section.
One fan tells Osbourne: “No need to apologize sir, you’ve provided many years of entertainment. Take care of yourself.”
Another user adds: “Health above all else, Ozz. Take all the time you need, we understand. And if retirement is in your plans, no one will complain. You’ve been putting your heart and soul into it for over 50 years.”

While a third person comments: “Everyone loves you, my guy. If you sat in a wheelchair and just spoke your lyrics into the microphone I think people would still support you and go bats*** insane. Take care of yourself.”
Osbourne’s health issues came to light in 2019 when the star sadly took a fall when he went to the bathroom in the middle of the night in his LA home.

The ‘No More Tears’ singer aggravated long-term injuries that he had sustained after breaking his neck in a quad bike at his UK property 16 years earlier.
Last year, Osbourne reportedly had to have extensive surgery in order to get back on his feet.
Initially, he had hoped this would mean he would be well enough to perform, having declared last year that ‘he‘ll be back on tour if it kills him’.
