Simon Cowell has concerned fans after a video of him struggling to sip a drink has gone viral.
Cowell, 63, is a well-known TV personality and record executive who has judged on programmes such as The X Factor, American Idol and Britain’s Got Talent (BGT).
The Syco founder is also known for having had plastic surgery, which some people think he may have taken too far after seeing a recent video of him attempting to sip from a straw.

During an appearance on BGT, Cowell appears to forget where his mouth is as he attempts to take a sip from his drink.
It’s now become the talk of the internet and many people have taken to social media and shared their thoughts.
One person claims: “When the Botox works a little too much…”
Another adds: “You’ve been working so hard, you can’t function to use a straw properly.”
While a third viewer alleges: “Botox has numbed his lips.”

Although some of Cowell’s fans may be concerned for the judge, it appears as though the TV star himself has found it all rather amusing.
The 63-year-old has taken to Instagram and shared a clip of the moment, alongside the caption: “Caption this…”
This has led to many people commenting and making light of the moment, with one person penning: “I just laughed out loud so hard.”
Tagging a friend, a second says: “Us after our lip fillers.”
“When you’re trying to find the outlet port in your phone to charge it when it’s dark in your room,” a third person comments.
Cowell is one of the few celebrities that is incredibly candid regarding what plastic surgery he’s had done.
However, he says that many of the rumours about him are exaggerated.
The former X Factor judge tells The Mirror: “I think it’s hysterical. I mean it just makes me laugh – I haven’t had a facelift or anything.

“I have had a bit of Botox or whatever but kind of nothing drastic. So when I hear about this stuff honestly, it does make me laugh.”
Cowell goes on to say that he doesn’t Google what people are saying about him, so until he’s on TV and in the press he doesn’t know what everyone is saying.
Last year, the father-of-one also revealed that he is his own biggest critic and that he doesn’t want to have Botox ever again.
“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all,” he tells The Sun.
