Travis Scott fans are cringing at the rapper’s reaction to not being recognised in Japan.

The ‘Sicko Mode’ artist is one of the biggest musicians in the world and has a net worth of $60 million.

With his global popularity, you’d imagine he’d be swarmed by fans the moment he steps out in public.

However, one viral video shows otherwise.

Watch Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner clarify how to pronounce their son’s name below…

In a video shared on Twitter, Scott – whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II – can be seen standing in the middle of a busy crossroads in Japan with his entourage.

He is posing for a photo shoot and has his hood up as he covers his face for a stylish picture.

The clip then shows the ‘Highest in the Room’ rapper pulling his hood down – but notices everyone on the crossroad walking by and unbothered by him.

Whilst the ‘Goosebumps’ artist tries to play cool and brush off the moment with a smile, he does the walk of shame back to his crew.

The clip has had 13.1 million views on Twitter after being posted by @kirawontmiss and people have been quick to react to it.

One fan suggests: “He’s probably happy as hell to be able to walk around like a normal person for once.”

Someone else suggests: “Maybe they know him but didn’t give a s***.”

A third adds: “Bro had a hoodie and everything trying [to] make a big reveal for it to backfire.”

“It’s the pause before he turns back around and realises no one cares,” comments another person.

However, one fan has defended the incident, explaining that Scott hasn’t had many hits in Japan.

They pen: “The only Western artists who could stand there and be recognized are Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and a few others.

“I don’t know why he thought they’d know him when he doesn’t even have chart entries there, the secondhand embarrassment.”

The ‘Antidote’ musician famously dated Kylie Jenner and they have two children.

They have a daughter called Stormi, 5, and a son Aire, 1.

However, news broke earlier this year that Scott and Jenner had called it quits on their relationship after five years of being on and off.

According to an alleged insider close to the couple, the reason behind their split is due to their different lifestyles.

Talking to People, the alleged source says: “Kylie is very focused on her kids and her business. She is not a big partier.

“Travis is the opposite. He likes to party. They definitely have different focuses. They always did.”
