Comments Ashton Kutcher made about 15-year-old Hilary Duff have resurfaced in the midst of the news surrounding Danny Masterson.

Masterson, 47, starred in comedies such as Ranch and That ’70s Show – alongside Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis.

He was recently sentenced to 30 years in jail after being found guilty of the r*** of two women.

It has since been made public that Kutcher and Kunis – among 50 other people – sent letters of support for their co-star to the judge.

In the letters, they had described him as ‘an outstanding role model and friend’ and an ‘exceptional older brother figure’.

After being on the receiving end of a wave of backlash, the couple issued an apology on his Instagram page.

The Two And A Half Men star said in the video: “We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson.

“A couple of months ago, Danny’s family reached out to us, and they asked us to write character letters to represent the person that we knew for 25 years so that the judge could take that into full consideration relative to the sentencing.

“They were intended for the judge to read and not to undermine the testimony of the victims or re-traumatise them in any way.

“We would never want to do that and we’re sorry if that has taken place.”

Kunis added: “We support victims. We have done this historically through our work and will continue to do so in the future…

“The letters were not written to question the legitimacy of the judicial system, or the validity of the jury’s ruling.

“Our heart goes out to every single person who’s ever been a victim of s**ual assault, s**ual abuse or r***.”

Despite their apology, people are still angry at the pair and now a resurfaced quote Kutcher made about Duff on his show Punk’d 20 years ago has led to increased scrutiny.

The pair starred in the 2003 film Cheaper By The Dozen together and at the time, she was only 15 years old.

In his MTV show, Kutcher would play pranks on Hollywood celebrities – with Duff being the subject of one of the jokes in an episode.

In a video package building up to the prank, Kutcher said: “Hilary Duff is in Lizzie McGuire, she also has an album out. She’s going to be in a movie called Cheaper by the Dozen – and she’s one of the girls that we’re all waiting for to turn 18. Along with the Olsen twins.”

The clip has been shared on X (previously known as Twitter) and has been viewed 21.4 million times.

“I’d never seen that before. It’s soo creepy,” comments one viewer.

Another person writes: “Within 18hrs I have learnt Ashton Kutcher is a terrible person.”

A third says: “‘She’s going to be in a movie called Cheaper By The Dozen‘ – WHICH HE WAS ALSO IN. HE’S SAYING THESE THINGS ABOUT HIS TEENAGE COWORKER.

“If she were to say he was a creep to her while filming I would instantly believe her.”

“The way my eyebrows shot up,” adds someone else.
