Beefeater has released a Peach & Raspberry gin just in time for summer.

Available at Asda for £18.99, the new flavour is said to be best served with ice, tonic, a garnishing of peach wedges and fresh raspberries.

Discussing the new launch, a Beefeater spokesperson said: “Adding just a hint of peach and raspberry to Beefeater’s classic recipe, produced in our iconic London copper stills, has created another approachable flavour with a twist that’s both light and fresh, perfect for the warmer months ahead.

“The new Flavoured Gin is clearly part of the award-winning Beefeater family, whilst there is a prominent fruit aroma the overall taste is discernibly still that of classic juniper.”

Fans of the gin brand have been buzzing over the new drop since it was confirmed on the popular Facebook page Snack News & Reviews.

One wrote: “Oooh, peach and raspberry gin would be unreal this summer.”

Tagging a friend, a person commented: “I know we’re not gin fans but peach and raspberry sounds nice.”

“This is my kind of gin… Beefeaters is so the one,” a third gushed.

Another gin lover said: “I need to add this to my Beefeater collection.”

Beefeater is just the latest company to jump on the peach flavoured bandwagon.

Recently, Jack Daniel’s released a Southern Peach cocktail.

Available to order in six-pack cases for £6.36, it’s perfect for light drinkers.

Made up of malt beverages, other flavours in the cocktail range include Lynchburg Lemonade, Southern Citrus and Cherry Limeade.
