Erika Kirk has made a shocking admission following the brutal death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, earlier this year.

It’s been nearly three months since right-wing activist Charlie Kirk was shot dead on a university campus in Utah.

Awaiting trial after being charged with his murder is 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, whose next hearing appears to be in January.

Charlie was a good friend to those high in government, including President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance.

Charlie Kirk’s death

Trump even claimed that Charlie’s organization, Turning Point USA, was among the many influences that helped secure his 2024 election victory.

As a result, an enormous memorial was held for the 31-year-old at State Farm Stadium in Arizona.

His widow, Erika, has made many public appearances following her husband’s death, speaking about her grief and the judgement of others.

Speaking about the moment she learned Charlie had been shot, she said: “I never saw the video, I never will see it, I never want to see it.

“There’s certain things you see in your life that you can never unsee, there’s certain things you see that mark your soul forever, and I don’t want my husband’s public assassination to be something I ever see.”

The 37-year-old added: “I don’t want my kids to ever see that.

“And for the people who actually enjoy watching that, which is quite literally sick, what if that was your father? Or your brother, sister, there’s a perspective shift there.

“We’re human, life is fragile. And there is so much beauty in the world, why would you spend time looking at something so evil?”

Erika Kirk’s announcement

It was also announced shortly following his death that Erika was appointed the new CEO of TPUSA, the organization founded by Charlie when he was 18.

The purpose of TPUSA is to advocate for conservative politics on high school, college, and university campuses.

Speaking on The Charlie Kirk Show about her new position, Erika said: “My husband’s voice will live on. The show will go on. We will have rotating hosts, rotating casts, rotating people coming on.

“It is going to be continually the north star of the conservative movement, of the voice of the youth, of the voice of the base, and that will not end.”

Her heartbreaking baby confession

Erika also revealed in a heartbreaking confession that she and Charlie planned to extend their family in years to come, beyond the pair of them and their two young children.

Following his death, she is urging young women to have children as soon as they can.

In a recent interview with Megyn Kelly on SiriusXM’s The Megyn Kelly Channel, she said: “When I see young couples, I tell them please, don’t put it off.

“Especially if you’re a young woman.

“You can always have a career. You can always go back to work.

“You can never just go back to having children, and they grow so fast and so quickly.”

She added that the couple were ‘really excited’ to have more kids.

“We wanted to have four,” Erika added.

“And I was praying to God that I was pregnant when he got murdered… I was like, ‘Oh goodness, that would be the ultimate blessing out of this catastrophe.'”

Erika’s shocking admission…

But despite the brutal way in which Charlie was murdered, and millions having seen the footage around the world, Erika recently made a shocking admission about gun violence.

Speaking at The New York Times DealBook Summit, she spoke about her late husband’s belief in the Second Amendment, which protects the right to keep and bear arms in America.

She said: “I wouldn’t wish upon anyone what I have been through.

“And I support the Second Amendment as well. I do.

“But there’s a bigger and much deeper conversation to all of that.”

She added: “What I’ve realized through all of this is that you can have individuals that will always resort to violence.

“And what I’m afraid of is that we are living in a day and age where they think violence is the solution to them not wanting to hear a different point of view.

“That’s not a gun problem.

“That’s a human, deeply human problem. That is a soul problem.”
