Lee died in her San Antonio, Texas, home on October 5 of last year.

A spokesperson for the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has since said that she died from suicide.

Medical examiners have determined that she had a mixture of amphetamines, doxylamine and alcohol in her system – which resulted in mixed drug toxicity.

She tells NBC News: “Her death was a very short chapter in a very beautiful life. A chapter that needs no explanation or comments.
