Dan Bilzerian insists that men always make the same mistake when approaching a woman that they’re attracted to.
The American poker player, 42, has garnered the nickname the ‘King of Instagram‘ – where he likes to show off his luxurious lifestyle to his 32.9 million followers.
He can be seen on yachts surrounded by women, travelling the world, or posing with next to nothing on.
Due to Bilzerian’s influence, people tend to listen to what he says and take his word as the truth – such as claiming that ‘marriage is a trap’ and that men should stay single.
So because of how much time he spends surrounded by attractive women, he thinks he knows the problem all men have when approaching women they like.

Appearing on The Skinny Confidential, Bilzerian tells hosts Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick that modern men have ‘almost given up’.
Lauryn adds that there is a bit of ‘desperate energy’ coming from males before Bilzerian explains the ‘snowball effect’ men find themselves in.
He says: “You have a positive relationship, a girl likes you back, you have s** with her, you suck at first, you get better at it, confidence improves, all of a sudden her friend wants to bang you, confidence improves, things happen right?
“You go down the road and eventually you develop more confidence through your experience in this.”
He explains that the alternative is that men get shot down and take a more blasé approach to life – such as playing video games and chilling out – which leads to them becoming ‘less confident’ and in a ‘worse shape’.
“It’s like where you at? And it gets progressively worse and worse,” he continues.
“At what point do these guys just give up because after two years, what’s two years and one more day of not having s** right, like it gets to a point where you just have a whole bunch of the society that’s basically withdrawn from the game.”
Lauryn jumps back in and says that she believes guys have become a bit too ‘comfortable’ to approach girls anymore – which Bilzerian agrees with.
He remarks: “Most people in general nowadays are addicted to comfort and this is true across the board.
“I think winning in life is doing something that you like that also benefits other people that you enjoy.”
Bilzerian concludes that this is the ‘the trifecta of success’.
