Jada Pinkett Smith has spoken out after Red Table Talk has been cancelled.

The Nutty Professor star, 51, is married to Oscar-winning actor Will Smith.

The Smiths were involved in one of the most shocking moments of last year, as the King Richard star slapped Chris Rock when he made a joke about Pinkett Smith’s buzzcut hairstyle.

And now the actress has received some sad news regarding her hit show.

Pinkett Smith, alongside her daughter Willow, 22, and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 69, hosted Red Table Talk on Facebook Watch.

It follows the three women as they discuss popular topics trending in the world.

The show, which began streaming in 2016, has been incredibly successful for Meta – with the page having over 11 million followers.

It also has an active discussion group which has over 600,000 members.

Red Table Talk has even spawned a spinoff with The Estefans, which stars Gloria Estefan, her daughter Emily and her niece Lili.

Plus, it’s won a Daytime Emmy Award.

However, Meta is shutting down all of its Facebook Watch programmes – with Red Table Talk being the last show to be cancelled, reports Variety.

Shortly after the news of its cancellation, the programme’s official Instagram page shared a statement.

It reads: “We are so grateful to have had such a beautiful partnership with Facebook Watch and we are sorry to see the entire team disband. We wish everyone well in their new journeys to come.

“We at Red Table are in talks of finding a new home and we’ll see you soon.”

The programme was produced by Pinkett-Smith’s production company Westbrook Studios – which she runs with her husband.

It’s now looking for another distributor to air the show.

Fans have rushed to the comments to discuss the show’s cancellation.

One fan says: “There’s nothing like the Red Table Talk out there – and the amount I’ve learned from your show is immense.

“I know you’ll find another partner – cos the show is needed.”

Someone else writes: “Job well done, Jada!! See you at your new network!! A NEW journey awaits.”

Another pleads: “Jada… please tell me we’re just switching networks. This show is my THERAPY.”

While somebody else comments: “I’ll watch wherever you go. The world needs Red Table Talk conversations.”

A fifth person pens: “Looking forward to watching it once you find a new home for it! Thank you for the great content that’s been shared!

The show has featured a number of viral moments, including Will and Jada discussing their marriage.

Pinkett Smith confessed to her husband that she cheated on him with rapper August Alsina – during a period when the couple had seemingly split up.
