A mum-of-five has died the day before her 30th birthday after ‘falling out of a party bus and onto a freeway,’ according to ABC7.
Heather Garcia is believed to have been celebrating her niece’s birthday in the early hours of January 30 when she ‘tripped’ while dancing and ‘fell out of the backdoor’ and onto the 101 freeway in Los Angeles.
Investigators have reportedly claimed that the mum was ‘struck’ by another vehicle, whose driver then cooperated with the authorities.

According to CBSLA, Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her brother, Juan, told the news outlet: “I don’t know how the door opened. Nobody knows how the door opened. The door shouldn’t have opened up.”
In an interview with ABC7, Garcia’s army veteran husband, Rafael Corral, said: “It’s just something that is a nightmare … that doesn’t happen. It should not happen.
“You expect when you pay for a service so that you don’t drink and drive or do anything illegal… You get there, somebody takes you there safe, and you’re going to get back home safe because that’s what you paid the service for.”
Corral has since set up a GoFundMe page, which will help ‘give her the burial that she deserves’.
Its description reads: “The love of my life did not make it to see her 30th birthday. What I thought would be a fun night out for her turned into a tragic ending for us.
“She was the life of the party always up for a good time. She had a huge heart always lending a hand to anyone who needed it. She was a great mom always taking care of our children. She loved our kids and she lived to take care of us.
“She was my best friend, my rock, she kept it together for me and our kids.”
He added: “Heather I will never forget you and I will always tell the kids how much you loved them every day. May God watch over us during this difficult time.
“May you Rest in Paradise my love, until we meet again.”
