Person Asks AI Who Was At Fault In ICE Shooting Video And Gets An Unexpected Answer
A person decided to ask AI who was ‘at fault’ during the ICE shooting in Minneapolis last week, and the answer was unexpected.
It’s been just a week since mom-of-three, Renee Good, was killed in a deadly attack while at the wheel of her SUV.
ICE agent Jonathan Ross has been identified as the man who fired three consecutively fatal gunshots at the 37-year-old, who has since been described by her family as ‘loving and forgiving.’
Over 2,000 immigration officers were deployed to Minnesota towards the end of last year, as part of President Donald Trump‘s crackdown on illegal immigration across the US.

During the large-scale enforcement operation in Minneapolis on January 7, Good was shot while trying to escape the hostile situation in her vehicle.
The shooting was captured on video and is now under FBI investigation.
Numerous angles of the incident have since circulated on social media, which has led to widespread debate of Ross’ use of force, with local officials challenging federal accounts of what really happened.
Shock update issued on ICE agent Jonathan Ross
The Trump administration have claimed that Ross was intentionally run over by Good in the final moments leading up to her death.
Whether it was intentional or accidental, it has been confirmed that Ross sustained a torso injury that led to ‘internal bleeding.’

It was reported that he was taken to the hospital afterwards, and that the extent of his condition remains unclear.
Issuing an update, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem added: “He went to the hospital, a doctor did treat him, he has been released, but he’s gonna spend some time with his family.”
Will the ICE agent face criminal charges?
Despite shooting Good three times in a brutal attack, which resulted in her death, it’s currently unclear whether Ross, 43, will face prosecution.
Vice President JD Vance has stated that the officer is protected by ‘absolute immunity,’ but Minnesota make seek to press charges at a state-level.
Vance went as far as to claim that Good’s death was a ‘tragedy of her own making,’ before adding: “This is a guy who’s actually done a very, very important job for the United States of America.
“He’s been assaulted, he’s been attacked, he’s been injured because of it.
“He deserves a debt of gratitude.”

But Minnesota governor Tim Walz has taken a different stance.
Speaking during a conference, he said: “This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying.
“It was totally avoidable.”
Pressing charges on a state-level would, however, be extremely challenging.
If Minnesota prosecutors brought charges, the agent could seek to move the case to federal court and claim immunity – seemingly with the backing of the President himself.
Renee Good’s family break their silence
In a heartbreaking statement shared with USA Today, Good’s family have spoken out following their devastating loss.
With heavy hearts, they wrote: “Nae was the beautiful light of our family and brought joy to anyone she met.
“She was relentlessly hopeful and optimistic, which was contagious. We all already miss her more than words could ever express.”

Newly-released footage sparks debate
It appears the fatal incident was filmed from numerous angles, all of which have gone viral online following Good’s brutal death.
Millions have watched the footage, each taking away their own account of what happened in the moments leading up to the shooting.
While many claim that Good reached a state of ‘fight or flight’ as officers surrounded her vehicle, yelling at her to get out of the car, others suggest that she purposely drove into Ross, with intent to harm him.
While the Trump administration firmly believe Good’s behavior was an ‘act of domestic terrorism,’ officials in Minnesota assert that Ross abused his power and wrongly murdered the mom-of-three.

What does AI make of the footage?
The controversial YouTube channel I Ask AI has shared the widely circulated clips to weigh in on who was at fault.
Having presented the footage to ChatGPT, the chatbot responded: “What I see is a situation that went bad because of poor decisions on both sides.
“But the heavier responsibility lands squarely on ICE. And I don’t think that’s even close.”
While the AI bot claimed that Good’s decision to flee in panic was ‘a mistake,’ it reiterated that ‘mistakes by civilians do not automatically justify lethal force.’
Despite Trump insisting that Ross faced imminent danger before firing his deadly weapon, ChatGPT stated that it was ‘not an obvious life-or-death moment.’
