Anne-Marie has reacted to the shocking moment she fell over on stage during her live performance at the BRITs.

The 30-year-old was singing one of her biggest tracks from last year, ‘Kiss My,’ when she accidentally stumbled down some steps.

Taking to Twitter, she joked: “Didn’t need my left ankle anyway.”

Adele Fans Worried She’ll Be ‘Cancelled’ Over BRITs Acceptance Speech

The post has since been flooded with supportive messages from her fans who have praised her for carrying on with the performance ‘like a pro’.

One wrote: “The way you picked yourself back up like nothing happened was ICONIC.”

“Hope you’re okay, just wanted to say that your performance tonight was still amazing and I’m so proud of you for carrying on, I love you so much,” wrote another.

A third penned: “My heart dropped for you but the way you styled it out showed your star quality. Amazing performance. Total Queen.”

“I love how you handle the situation. How you stood up and managed to gave us the best performance we need to see in our entire life. You also taught us a lesson today. If we fall, get up and continue,” said another.

Other performances came from Ed Sheeran, Sam Fender, Little Simz, Dave, and Adele.

Mo Gilligan took on hosting duties for the first time alongside Maya Jama who ended up ‘distracting’ viewers with her ‘risky’ outfit.

The 28-year-old presenter left very little to the imagination in a black dress that featured large cut-out details.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Maya Jama looks absolutely INSANE tonight.”

“Maya Jama looks absolutely stunning,” added another.

A third penned: “Maya Jama most beautiful woman who’s ever lived I fear.”
