Jennifer Coolidge said she got the ‘best d***’ of her life’ after starring in American Pie.

Coolidge, 61, has starred in hit films such as Legally Blonde and won a Golden Globe for her performance in The White Lotus.

However, many people know her best as Jeanine Stifler – aka Stifler’s mom – who she played in four American Pie films between 1999 and 2012.

Not only was that her most famous role, but Coolidge also says it was the one that gave her the most ‘satisfaction’.

In American Pie, Coolidge’s character has a fling with her son’s classmate, Paul Flinch, which kickstarted her being referred to as a ‘MILF’.

And she says that playing a ‘MILF’ in the film actually turned her into one in real life.

Coolidge sat down for a chat with ‘Thank U, Next’ singer Ariana Grande when her most famous role came up.

Grande quizzed Coolidge about her most memorable s**ual encounters that came from playing Stifler’s mom.

Coolidge then recounted a tale about having to call one young man’s mother after spending the night with him.

She explained: “This one guy was particularly young – legal, of course, it was all very legal – but it was funny because we had to…

“The one moment was a little bit awkward because he… I won’t get into the details.

“But afterwards, the next morning, I told him I needed to get a blow dry.

“So he was so young, we called his mother to see where I could get a blow dry.

“It was so weird that happened on the phone; it was very clear that we were in the bed together.

Grande then asked: “Do you remember the best d*** you got from playing Stifler’s mom? Do you keep in touch?”

The actress answered: “Well, it was definitely the youngest fellow.

“He was just very, very charming, and it was very weird because…”

Grande quickly cut Coolidge off, saying: “No pressure to share the details.”

The actress then took the opportunity to clear up her previous comments about her love life.

In an interview with Variety, Coolidge was asked if she’d rather be known as a ‘MILF’ or an Emmy nominee.

She said that the Emmy nomination was an ‘honour’, but admitted there had been ‘benefits’ to starring in American Pie.

Coolidge said: “I got a lot of play at being a MILF and I got a lot of s**ual action from American Pie.”

She added: “There were so many benefits to doing that movie.

“I mean, there would be like 200 people that I would never have slept with.”

Coolidge explained to Grande that her comments may have been something of an ‘exaggeration’.

She told the ‘Positions’ singer: “God, you really can’t make jokes in our town, because I did make the terrible mistake of saying, ‘Thank God for that movie, I got to sleep with 200 men’, or whatever.

“And look, I would love to say that was true, but I mean, that was sort of an exaggeration – so I’m glad you’re asking me.”

Coolidge’s recent role in The White Lotus has drawn plenty of comparisons to that of Stifler’s mom, with her character Tanya McQuoid a ‘troubled’ woman seeking inner peace and discovery.

Speaking about the role, she said: “Some jobs, I’m sort of going, ‘Wow, this isn’t worth working for’. What Mike [White] wrote, I was staying up late every night.

“If Mike was never successful, and we just did The White Lotus as a play in a little theatre where everyone paid 10 bucks to see it, it would still be one of the greatest things that ever happened to me.

“Because it was a killer job that no one else thought I could do.”
