The world of dating can be an absolute minefield.
For one thing, you’ve got to avoid the awful dating trends that seem to keep springing up, like dexting (dating solely through text message), vulturing (being friends with someone in the hopes their relationship will fail), or even zombie-ing (ghosting, then coming back from the dead every few months).

UK-based coach and content creator Benjamin Daly has taken to TikTok to share his secrets.
On the platform, he boasts over a million followers, so he’s got to be doing something right!
Daly uses his platform to share behind-the-scenes secrets about the dating world, but one of his videos, in particular, has gained a lot of attention this week.
He’s shared the three things that a man will do that conclusively prove he is interested in you, and it’s left the internet dumbfounded…
One writes: “This made me cry, but it’s a process I need to accept.”
Another adds: “Wow. Realising no one was interested.”
A third points out: “Well he calls every day but my anxiety just tells me he doesn’t like me!”
“If he really likes you he won’t give up on you easily,” another agrees.
While a fifth simply states: “When you know, you know.”
What really shocked everyone about Daly’s dating tips was how straightforward and obvious they seemed.
The video has since been liked 60,000 times and has over 2,500 shares.
He says: “If a guy likes you, he does this.
“He makes it obvious through consistent action. He calls you, he texts you, he makes plans to see you.
“If he’s not interested, you’ll be confused. It’s that simple.”
Many drew attention to how obvious it can seem.

However, some think Daly has oversimplified things in his short clip.
One writes: “Unless they’re a weak man and don’t know how to pursue an actual confident woman!”
While another remembers: “He did all those things, but all of a sudden he disappeared without leaving any trace… what is that?”
A third agrees, sharing: “Then why did he leave me for another woman? Yet still texts, calls and arranges to meet up with just me (we have kids).”
“I also had this happen and he was also love bombing me and hiding a double life so…,” reminisces another.
