Netflix fans say they ‘haven’t slept for weeks’ after watching a ‘traumatising’ horror film.

There are plenty of scary movies on the streaming platform, making it pretty difficult for viewers to decide which one to choose.

But one, in particular, should be taken into consideration if you fancy a fright, as everyone is talking about it.

See a teaser of the ‘traumatising’ horror film in the clip below…

Hellhole is a 2022 film that follows a young militiaman in 1987 who infiltrates a Polish monastery that has been cut off from the world.

The police officer ends up making a grim discovery about what’s happening at the remote site.

Directed by Bartosz M. Kowalski, it stars Piotr Żurawski, Olaf Lubaszenko and Malwina Dubowska among others.

Many viewers are taking to TikTok and sharing their thoughts on the latest horror movie to take the platform by storm.

A third fan comments: “I love this movie so much! It was a really amazing surprise how good this movie is!”

Over on Rotten Tomatoes, Hellhole has an audience score of 77%.

A similar film has also gone viral on social media which stars iconic actor Russell Crowe.

In his first-ever horror movie, Crowe plays Father Gabriele Amorth – the Chief Exorcist for the Vatican – in The Pope’s Exorcist.

It follows him as he battles Satan and the innocent individuals who have ended up being possessed.

The movie is based on the life and writings of Amorth, who is believed to have performed more than 100,000 exorcisms during his lifetime.

Many people have taken to social media and said the movie left them feeling terrified.

“Nope… too scary!” one person writes.

A second says: “This was a good watch. Would love to see one more battle.”

While a third person comments: “Wow, this is really good. More please.”

Somebody else writes: “The Pope’s Exorcist is a well-made horror thriller that constructs its world in a way that will take you back to the old-school horror films.”

Hellhole is now available to stream on Netflix.
