Celebrities are slamming Jeremy Clarkson after he went on a ‘vile’ rant about Meghan Markle.
The Clarkson’s Farm presenter, 62, often shares his controversial views on Markle, 41.
Previously, he’s claimed the Duchess of Sussex’s tears at the Queen’s funeral were ‘not real’ and even slammed her for wanting to take time off after a fire in her son’s bedroom.
Clarkson has now sparked further outrage on Twitter following his controversial opinion piece for The Sun on December 16.

The former Top Gear host’s criticism of Markle comes following the release of her and Prince Harry’s chart-topping Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.
In his column for The Sun, Clarkson wrote that he hates Markle ‘on a cellular level’ and wants her to be paraded ‘naked through the streets’.
He penned: “I hate her. Not like I hate Nicola Sturgeon or Rose West. I hate her on a cellular level.
“At night, I’m unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant ‘Shame!’ and throw lumps of excrement at her.”
He then claimed that ‘everyone’ his age ‘thinks the same way’.

The likes of Carol Vorderman and comedian John Bishop have been quick to defend Markle, branding Clarkson’s words ‘vile’ and ‘hateful’.
Vorderman wrote: “Not on any level, in any circumstance, is it OK to write this stuff about any woman and absolutely NO to ‘everyone who’s my age thinks the same’.
“No no no. We absolutely do NOT think the same.
“Listen to the noise Jeremy. The crowds are chanting ‘shame on YOU’.”

Bishop added: “WTF is this??
“I don’t care who you are or who you work for you simply can not write things like this.
“It is a blatant appeal to incite humiliation and violence on a woman. Some have excused it as dark humour.
“There is no joke here @JeremyClarkson and no excuse.”
While fellow comedian Dom Joly said the piece was ‘utterly vile and disgusting’, labelling Clarkson an ‘utter piece of trash’.

Gimme Gimme Gimme actress Kathy Burke pitched in, commenting: “Watched the rest of Harry & Meghan on Netflix.
“Still think they’re pretty great and I love their relationship with Meghan’s gorgeous Mum, Doria.
“Wishing them continued happiness and people like that colossal c***, Clarkson continued pain with the thought of it.”

Even Clarkson’s daughter, Emily, has taken to Instagram and stated that she ‘stands against everything’ her dad has written about Markle.
She penned: “My views are and always have been clear when it comes to misogyny, bullying and the treatment of women by the media.
“I want to make it very clear that I stand against everything that my dad wrote about Meghan Markle and I remain in support of those who are targeted with online hatred.”
Clarkson has now spoken out in response to the backlash.
