Conor McGregor has been accused of ‘punching a DJ in the face and leaving him with a bloody lip and nose’.

The UFC legend reportedly injured Italian musician Francesco Facchinetti while attending an event at the St Regis hotel in Rome.

Following the alleged incident, the DJ took to Instagram and branded McGregor a ‘bully’.

While revealing his injuries from the ‘altercation,’ Facchinetti reportedly said: “I could be silent but someone like him who pulls a punch, think what could happen.

“We welcomed him as a hero and instead he’s just a bully of the worst kind… What a disappointment … I feel sorry for him, he has everything but he has nothing…

“He must be stopped because he is dangerous for others. Now I understand why he had 20 bodyguards. Not to defend him from others, but to defend others from him.”

Facchinetti is also believed to have said that he was punched for ‘no reason,’ and remarked that ‘real fighters don’t behave like that’.

The 41-year-old’s wife, Wilma Faissol, also got involved and blasted McGregor to her 479,000 Instagram followers.

She claimed: “He could have killed him, he split his lips and nose.”

The 39-year-old then alleged that McGregor’s security had to pull the fighter away, as he ‘wanted to keep beating’ her husband.

“I was crying, I was shaking, we called the police and ambulance,” she added.

According to The Sun, Italian police have confirmed that they were called to the scene at around 5.30am.

However, McGregor reportedly hasn’t spoken to the police but ‘may in coming days’.
