A guy has made his girlfriend sign a letter stating certain ‘rules’ she must follow during the Euros.

Joel Smith has outlined that his girlfriend, Georgia, must not ask him what time he’ll be home from the pub or expect any ‘mobile phone interaction’ while the football tournament is taking place.

Taking to TikTok to share the letter, Georgia wrote: “I can’t be the only one who has received a letter from their boyfriend ahead of the Euros starting this weekend.”

In the video, which has been liked over 45,000 times, Joel’s girlfriend zoomed in on the letter.

It reads: “I’m writing this email as a terms and conditions for the European Championships which are due to take place from Friday 11th June 2021 to Sunday 11th July.

“I will now list your terms and conditions.”

One of the rules is that she can’t be offended if he comes home in a bad mood as it will most likely be related to the game.

Another is that she shouldn’t text him unless it’s halftime.

He then adds: “If you believe there is anything I have missed out, or any other suggestions, you may call or arrange a face-to-face appointment whenever is suitable for you. Thank you.”

Many women have now taken to the comments of the TikTok clip to say that they wouldn’t be surprised if their boyfriend followed in Joel’s footsteps.

Tagging their partner, one person commented: “I’m surprised you’ve not done this.”

A second said: “Just showed this to my boyfriend and he said it applies to him too.”

“I want to see the full thing, I love this and I’m all for it,” another admitted.
