Chloe Bailey, who is vegan, was left crying after accidentally eating meat for the first time in 10 years.
The older sister of The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey has found her own success by starring in the sitcom Grown-ish and the horror comedy series Swarm.
The siblings found fame as part of the musical duo Chloe X Halle – releasing two albums that have been met with critical success.
The pair recently travelled to Atlanta to watch Beyoncé in concert but for Chloe, it turned out to be a traumatic trip.

Both Bailey sisters cut meat out of their diet 10 years ago and have both publicly spoken about their vegan lifestyle.
However, while at their hotel before seeing the ‘Break My Soul’ singer, their room service order was mixed up and they ate meat for the first time in a decade.
Explaining the story on TikTok, Chloe shared how she was in the shower when the room service arrived and Halle had tucked into hers but started to question the burger after taking a bite.
“So I called to get a Beyond burger for sis and I like usual. Specified that it’s vegan, no butter on the bun, nothing like that,” she recalled.
“[Halle’s] eating the burger and she’s like, ‘Are you sure this is Beyond?’.
“She took a couple of bites and she said, ‘This is really good, you sure it’s Beyond?’.”
Chloe stressed that she had ordered the vegan option – adding that she touched the patty and recognised it as a Beyond burger.
But as soon as she took a bite, she knew something wasn’t right.

She added: “I take a bite and the juice dripping from the burger is not like a Beyond burger. I just knew it was not a fake burger. The one bite I took and I just knew. Immediately I said, ‘This doesn’t feel right’.”
The ‘Body Do’ singer immediately got in touch with the hotel desk and asked if they were vegan burgers – and it then became clear that the kitchen had made her a ‘brand burger’, not a Beyond burger.
“I don’t even know what a brand burger is,” Chloe continued.
“Immediately I’m losing my s***. I gobbled down a whole can of Sprite.
“Halle’s laughing at me because I’m crying. This is right before the concert yesterday. I’m crying, Halle’s just laughing so hard at me because I’m freaking out.”

Fortunately for Chloe, fans have been understanding of her anger and have been sympathetic in the comments.
“I’m vegan and the thought of it made me sick,” writes one person.
Someone else says: “If I put 10 years into something and someone’s mistake jeopardises that, I’d be p***ed…”‘
A third comments: “Seven plus years here. I completely understand this. It’s happened to me too. I am so sceptical about where I buy my food.”
