Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding to Nicola Peltz has left everyone saying the same thing about his new wife.

Many social media users are questioning why the daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz ‘isn’t smiling’ on her special day, after seeing the couple’s lavish Vogue photoshoot.

Commenting on the pictures, one person penned: “Her and her father look sweet! She needs to smile!”

“Wonder why Nicola Peltz doesn’t really smile for pictures?” asked another. “She’s beautiful no matter what but she should smile a little.”

A third added: “She never smiles lol, not even on her wedding,” and a fourth remarked: “The only smile in all these photos was David Beckham. No one was smiling! Ugh.”

This isn’t the only reason the newlywed’s nuptials have drawn criticism online.

Reportedly, the wedding set the family back ‘$3million’, which many are saying is ‘grotesque’ amid the current living crisis.

Taking to Twitter, one commented: “Weddings are lovely things but I do feel the $3m cost of Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding is in poor taste in these times of hardship for many.

“It would have been a wonderful gesture to have a smaller wedding and donate the money to charity instead.”

“Something grotesque about this wedding,” added a second. “Brooklyn has no job. Barely 20 years old. Wasting all this money.”

Others reacted to the media coverage of the ceremony, which took place at Peltz’s dad’s $103million Miami estate.

They fumed: “Man I need to turn the TV off during the day. I wish Brooklyn Beckham all the best, but I don’t need to know the cost of the wedding and the price tag of the guest’s outfits.

“I’m trying to prepare for my gas bill, rent, car insurance, road tax, raising a baby etc!”
