Robert Pattinson is the ‘most attractive man in the world,’ according to science. 

The Batman star earnt the impressive title after becoming the male celebrity with the highest score on the ‘Golden Ratio,’ which measures facial features.

Harley Street surgeon Dr Julian De Silva, who conducted the analysis, reportedly said in response to the results: “Robert Pattinson was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection.

“He was in the top five for nearly all the categories because he has such classically shaped features and a wonderful chiselled jaw.

“His only score below average was for his lips which are a little thin and flat.”

The doctor added: “These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery.”

When chatting to It’s Gone Viral presenter Simon Harkness, Pattinson addressed being named the ‘most attractive man in the world’.

Jokingly, he said: “Well I know, because it’s a fact… It’s science. Also, I would love to meet this scientist.”

He went on to add: “I still don’t think that’s actually true anyway. I literally think someone just made that up, so then everyone could say like, ‘What the f***’.”

Pattinson was originally given the title back in 2020 and has managed to hold onto it ever since.

The actor first left fans lovestruck when he played the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He went on to become a household name after starring in the Twilight franchise, portraying the broody vampire Edward Cullen.
